Software for Minutes

We have had really long meetings lately and are looking into the possibility of finding the best software for minutes.  We are looking for a software that is able to transcribe the meeting and us just filling in the blanks as to who spoke.  I am looking for type of software, cost information, do you like the software, easy to use, and any information that you are willing to provide?
